Abhishek is the Head of Research at Taloflow and leads the Enterprise Systems Integration team at Toast, which he built from scratch, playing a pivotal role in managing the delivery of integrations using Workato and other technologies. Before joining Toast, Abhishek was a Principal Analyst at Gartner, serving in the Application Architecture, Infrastructure, and Integration group. He specialized in Application Integration Software (ESB & EAI) and Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS). His work also extended to the organizational aspects of integration, including the management of integration competency centers (ICCs), integration strategy empowerment teams (ISETs), and centers of excellence (COEs).
