Typically, payments are made monthly and you can cancel or change plan at any time. If you would like to pay annually upfront, you will receive a 25% discount on the list price for the year.
Taloflow stores you cost report data securely for you so that you do not have to pay for the related storage costs on AWS. We highly recommend that you keep a lifecycle policy of 5 days for your cost report data. Taloflow keeps your data available in the monitoring platform for the specific period allotted in your plan. However, you can upgrade at any time to see more data up to 24 months.
You can change your plan to any other plan at any point during the month. You will be charged pro-rated fees for the remainder of the month. You will not incur any new charges if you cancel your plan before your monthly renewal date or annual subscription renewal date. If you exceed the limit of your specific plan, we will inform you as soon as possible so you have time to adjust before we upgrade you to the next tier.
Depending on your location, you might be charged sales tax or value-added tax (VAT) for any paid subscriptions.
Keeping your data secure and safe is paramount to the Taloflow team. We designed our system from the ground-up to be secure and have had our setup audited by Systems Architects at Amazon Web Services. You can read more about our security practices in our developer documentation.
We do not offer refunds. Credits from previous payments will be lost.
You can use every feature in your plan for 30 days without needing to input a credit card. If you love our product (which we're sure you will!) and want to continue after the trial, please enter your billing details before the trial's end to avoid suspension of your account. We will email you before your trial ends to remind you.
We have made the setup process as streamlined as possible. However, you do need someone familiar with working with the Amazon Web Services console to make things work. We have a walkthrough for basic setup and our team is readily available to assist during more advanced setups. You can read more in the developer documentation.
All of our plans come with support on email and live chat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Phone support is available for customers of our Enterprise plan.
We charge you at your monthly renewal date, or every 30 days. If you made an upgrade or downgrade, you will be pro-rated by the number of days.
