Unless you're on the Enterprise tier, plans are billed annually for a flat annual fee.
You can do so from the Stripe portal accessible from the Taloflow dashboard. You will not incur any new charges if you cancel your plan before your annual subscription renewal date.
Depending on your location, you might be charged sales tax or value-added tax (VAT) for any paid subscriptions.
You can use credit card or debit card to pay for any plan. Your payment info is processed securely by Stripe and never touches our servers. If you have an Enterprise subscription, we can invoice you with instructions to pay via wire or ACH.
Keeping your data secure and safe is paramount to the Taloflow team. We designed our system from the ground-up to be secure and have had our setup audited by Systems Architects at Amazon Web Services. You can read more about our security practices in our documentation.
We do not offer refunds. Credits from previous payments will be lost.
